Our current flatmate is moving out and we are looking for someone to replace her from 1st April, 2021.

£830 per month includes ALL bills!

The flat is in an amazing location, just off Hoxton high street - loads of nice little shops, pubs and cafes all within 5min walk! 10mins walk to Old street tube, 10mins walk to Shoreditch and 6mins to Hoxton overground plus loads of buses around too.

The flat is over two floors - a spacious cozy living room, toilet and kitchen are located downstairs, all 3 bedrooms and a bathroom are upstairs. Your room is a spacious double room and has a tons of built in storage and a double bed.

You would be living with two girls in their late twenties, working full-time from home (like everyone else 😂). We are very easy going and would love to have someone to add to the good social vibes in the house!
