Double room in Hoxton - Summertime

I am looking for a new house mate to join our lovely flat to replace me for the next two months July- August (with the possibility to be extended).

The room is in a 4 bedded flat in Hoxton. It is a double room with a huge balcony attached. | can be relatively flexible with the move in date. Bills are usually around £55 each month.

About the location -

The flat is really conveniently located. We are 10 minutes from Old Street station and 5 minutes from Hoxton overground. Shoreditch, Hoxton, Dalston and Hackney are all in walking distance with an abundance of bars and restaurants :) The rent is really cheap considering how central the location is.

About the flat -

The balcony is big and is attached to the double room. it is currently being used as a workout space by me and as storage space for my bike, but in the summer months there is plenty of room for plants and a table and chairs. so you can have friends over and chill on the balcony etc.

The room comes with a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. There is space for a small desk and chair for those who need to work from home. There is 1 shared bathroom and a shared kitchen with plenty of storage space. There is also a big attic for additional storage space if needed.

About the housemates -

You will be living with 3 young working professionals. Ola is from Poland and works in business administration. Sheila is from London and works in education, and Andrew works in Software Engineering. Andrew has been up in Scotland since the start of the pandemic, so we have been using his room as a living room space to chill. All the guys are really friendly and super chilled. We also like to keep the place clean and tidy.

The room:
- South facing double room
- Big windows so it gets amazing natural light
- Green
- King size bed
- Large wardrobe with plenty of drawer space and hanging room for clothes
- Large chests of drawers

The flat:
- Kitchen space with a dining table
- Washer/dryer machine
- Dishwasher
- Four bedrooms, no living room
- Giant attic for storage
- One shared bathroom with a rain shower and toilet

Current flatmates (all professionals):
- You will be replacing me. I'm 30 and from Spain
- Sheila, 26, English/Ugandan
- Ola, 22, Polish
- Andrew, 25, Scottish

The location:
- 10 mins from Old Street underground
- 5 mins from Hoxton overground
- Shoreditch, Angel, and Dalston are all in walking distance
- Sainsbury's and Tesco within a 5 min walk of the flat
- Close to the canals and Shoreditch Park, Haggerston Park, London Fields, and Victoria Park.

The tenancy:
- Bills are about £60 per month for council tax, internet, electricity/gas, and water. We don't pay for a TV licence.
