Two double rooms are available in this ideally located cosy flat.

Just a nine minute walk to Old Street, 13 minutes to Angel, with nearby City Road providing great bus connections to Liverpool Street and King's Cross/St. Pancras. While close to thriving nightlife neighbourhoods such as Shoreditch and Angel the immediate surrounds are safe and quiet.

Each bedroom comes furnished with a double bed and wardrobe and both can comfortably fit a desk and bookcase - perfect for working from home! Both rooms are on the sunny south side of the flat and one even has a balcony. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, small living room, bathroom and separate second toilet. There is a lot of storage throughout and big windows let in plenty of natural light.

It is a two-storey flat situated on the first floor of the building, which has a lift and secure entrance. The private landlord is really nice and attentive to any issues or repairs when needed. No contract or credit check costs will be charged. Bills are not included in the rent but are ~£65-£75 per person, per month (electricity, gas, internet and council tax).

You'll be sharing with me, Hannah, a Civil Servant (office and WFH mix) in my late 20s. I enjoy food, fashion and the arts and want to live with people who will treat the flat as a home, spending some nights in/out together, but also understanding the value of personal space and alone time. It would be great to find people who feel the same, who are responsible for themselves and their belongings and take COVID seriously (but not to the extreme!).
