Hi! I’m moving out with my boyfriend and I need someone to replace me in this cosy room in Hoxton ASAP.
The room is available from the 6th of October. You’ll be sharing with Connor, 24 and Dora, 26. They both work but students are also fine.
The room comes just with the bed. I’ve now put in a mirror, a chest of drawers, a desk with chair, a clothes rack, pillows and a duvet (I can directly sell this to you if you would like the room furnished, otherwise it comes unfurnished-just with the double bed). The total amount of the bills will be around £80/month.
The area is nice, close to overground and well connected with busses, full of nice cafes and bars and also safe for girls at night. Supermarkets are just 1 min away and the park is also close.
