Currently looking for new flat mate.
We are renting a 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, kitchen, spacious living room and a garden. We are well connected to transport being a 5 minute walk from old street station and nearby to several bus routes including the 73, 214 and 205 routes. There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, gyms and entertainment venues nearby with our flat only being a 15 minute walk from iconic Shoreditch venues such as the blues kitchen and old street records. If you’re looking for green spaces Shoreditch common is also only a short distance on foot.
The room in question is very spacious approximately 7x6 metres in dimension and already furnished with a bed, coat rack, desk, mirror, large wardrobe and 2 other large storage areas: wooden shelving and a private cubicle. The room is clean, well lit and will serve perfectly as a bedroom for anybody interested.
There are currently 2 of us living here till the 1st of September; when the tenancy ends. We are 2 friendly, outgoing and clean guys who sometimes work remotely and we are excited to welcome whoever it is that will be moving into our spare room.
