We are looking for a new flatmate in our 4 bed flatshare in Hoxton, right next to Columbia road (flower market 🌸). The room is spacious and sunny facing south east, with a double bed, desk, cupboards and plenty of storage. It comes furnished for £949/month, council tax, water, internet included.

The flat has a large kitchen (equipped), two bathrooms and storage. Balcony accessible from my room on the first floor - which I am very happy to share!
We are 3 girls in our 20s, students and professionals. We are sociable and enjoy having a community in the flat, happy to go out together, cook, watch a movie etc.
