Small double room available for a Full Time let.

Rent will be £850.00 per month including all bills.

You will be sharing with me (professional male) therefore I would ideally prefer to share with another single person who is in permanent employment and is reasonably quiet and tidy.

Students are welcomed to apply provided they can prove that they are able to pay the rent.

Flat consists of one kitchen, living room and a bathroom.

Location is close to Tesco Express, a lovely green park, is one minute walk from the bus stop, five mins bus ride to Dalston overground stations and 5 mins bus ride to Old Street underground station. Close to all amenities. Flat is situated in a quiet area.

Rent includes council tax, electricity and water bills and Wifi

International students or those who work in London but live outside of London and are looking for somewhere to stay during the weekdays will be given serious consideration also.
