- 5 mim walking from Lancaster Gate (central line 24h)
- 3 min walking from Paddington station (National Rail Service/Bakerloo Line/Hammersmith and City Line/Circle and District Line)
- 7 min walking from Hyde Park (zone Victoria Gate - Kensington Gardens)
- 15 min waking from Oxford Street ( Marble arch )
The room is fully furnished with

The flat is completely brand new ( I was the second person renting the room after the refurnishing that happened only 2 years ago!!! ) - fully equipped kitchen with balcony - brand new bathroom with shower and bathtub - wooden floors.
The area is full of nice restaurant ( Italian - Indian - Thai - etc) - supermarkets - off-licence 24h - pubs.
The total number of roomates is 3 and they are all professional working in finance and back office. They are all lovely people (no noisy no annoying). Due to the working hours they won’t be around much during the day which means that the flat is very quiet and peaceful during day time ( possibly perfect for a student as I am ).
You will be renting trough agency, however ,since I’m moving out earlier I agreed with the agency to commit in finding a substitute by my own. You will be asked for a deposing and a month rent in advance + the minimum term is until August 31st 2020 ( 1 year ).
