Double Room Short Term Let, Marylebone/Marble Arch

Hello :)! We have a double bedroom available in a spacious and newly refurbished 4-bedroom apartment in Hyde Park Estate, right next to Marylebone. Dates available are from 18th December 2024 - 6th January 2025.

Just a 5 mins walk to Marble Arch Station, 10 mins walk to Paddington Station and a stones throw away into Hyde Park, Oxford Street and Mayfair. There is currently 1 female and 2 males living in the apartment and we'd ideally prefer another female to join us, however we are open to anyone as long as you're tidy and considerate, and don't mind hanging out occasionally for a cheese board and bottle of wine! I am a working professional, aged 31 and have a pretty busy schedule so I like my own space too as well as socialising! the other two flatmates have much busier schedules working away during the week and so are not in the flat as often!
