Room in huge social flat

Hello! We have a room available for sublet in our huge flat in Lancaster Gate. We have a great community going on and we'd like to keep it that way. Thus we prioritise finding the right person :)

*About the room*:
For now, the room is available from the 15th Feb until August but we are flexible. It is a cozy room with tons of storage space. It comes fully furnished and we also offer bedding if needed. Need to consider it has no windows. The room is never too warm nor too cold and it offers legendary sleep nights. Video tour available.

Rent includes ALL bills (gas, electricity, water and council tax) plus fortnightly cleaning of common areas and bathrooms.

For lets less than 3 months, the rent is £210 per week (min. 4 weeks).
For 3 months or more, rent is £790 pcm

*About the flat*:
It is a 5 bedroom flat located right next to Paddington Station. Lancaster Gate station is also 7 minute walk away. You have to access to plenty of convenient lines :

Hammersmith & City line

Supermarkets are all in walking distance and so are the many gyms (Pure Gym , the Gym, Nuffield). We’ve got our local pub around the corner and lots of more nice pubs and restaurants in the area. Little venice and Notting Hill are also only a short walk away. The flat has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, laundry room, huge living room, kitchen, common study area with desk to work, and a little balcony to watch the sunsets (when the weather is nice). You know that flat in Friends that is too big for NYC standards? Well, this is the London version of it.

*About us*:
We are a very social flat so we are looking for someone who wants to get involved. We love to watch stuff together eg. The Office, Friends, Love is Blind and sometimes when we stay up too long we are forced to watch Naked Attraction (no judgement here). We like to go out and love to throw a good party 💃. We live right next to Hyde Park so we often go for walks or coffees. We love to have fun but its also important for us to keep the flat clean and tidy.

You will be living with Eleanor, Harry, Hannah and Ángel. Harry is from the UK, Eleanor from America, Hannah is from Germany and Angel from México. Eleanor is a dietician and big into running. Harry's catch phrase is 'go on then' so you can always convince him to join you for something which is fab. Hannah is into fitness and loves to going to gigs. And Angel is our gym goer whilst also the one who loves to go on a proper night out.
