A fantastic single bedroom is available in a pristine family home. The bedroom has new, spacious wardrobes, a single bed, a new mattress and a folding study desk with chair are provided. The property is within a few minutes walk to the town centre, the local mosque and Ilford Central Library. Ilford Station is also only a 10-minute walk away!

As this my own home, I have ensured all amenities are available: a recently fitted kitchen, a large family bathroom and high-speed broadband. In addition, health and safety regulations are met with new: electrical wiring, plumbing, gas combi-boiler, central heating system, fire doors, mains-powered smoke alarms and door locks throughout the property.

This is a very quiet and peaceful household so this room is suitable for a single, male lodger, who is a student or professional. Importantly, any potential lodger would need to be respectful to family life and Muslim beliefs (e. g. no alcohol, halal-meat, no overnight guests etc).

To maintain cleanliness, professional cleaning of all communal areas is included and carried out fortnightly. All household bills are included within the monthly rental fee.
