I'm a friendly, understanding, clean and tidy professional lady who lives with her quiet natured son (he also goes to daycare 5 days a week and to his dad over the weekend so no need to worry about noise! Haha)

I am looking to live with a professional lady only.

bedroom house
* Dining room and large garden.
* Shared kitchen & bathroom (includes
separate shower cubicle and bath tub)
* Sharing bathroom with just me.
* Another ground floor toilet to be added soon.

Furniture include:

* Double bed with mattress and under bed
storage.
* 2 or 3 door wardrobe
* Big chest of drawers
* Big computer desk
* Revolving/ergonomic chair.
* Plenty of storage in house too :-)

Lovely South Park near by, 2 mins walking distance; with a beautiful lake, ideal for running, walking etc. For parking resident permit is available for your sole use. Home is 10 mins walk away from seven kings station (tfl rail) and 2 bus stops at either end of road which give a quick ride to Gants Hill (central line). Elizabeth line is due to come in 6 months too! :-)
