I am looking for a third housemate to live in my modern and spacious home. Everything is newly refurbished and in impeccable condition.

About us

I'm training as a corporate lawyer and am looking for housemates who I can trust and relax with during evenings and weekends. I'm open to working professionals who – like myself - are sociable and easy-going. My other housemate is a lady who works as a personal assistant in the City.

I'm the homeowner (not a faceless estate agent!) so I hope my housemates will be friendly and do their part to keep all the new furniture and fittings maintained and very clean.

The home

The house itself measures above 900 sq. ft. which is more than generous enough for three. It also benefits from a garden (with a shed) and on-drive parking outside.

I currently use Sky broadband, Netflix and Amazon Prime TV, recently buying a brand-new 50 inch flatscreen TV.

Rent will be inclusive of all bills (water, electricity, gas, council tax etc.) (Note that council tax alone in Barking is approx. £105 per household per month in a comparable three-bedroom home - which you would otherwise be paying for elsewhere.)

AVAILABLE: First floor bedroom (£130 pw; £570 pm)

The boiler is brand new so the water pressure and temperature is fantastic.

Kitchen

Includes an integrated oven, washing machine, fridge and freezer, and dishwasher.
Electrical appliances include a microwave, kettle, toaster, grill etc.

Location

The house is within 10 minutes walk of Barking Station, the Asda superstore, and the local gym. From Barking station it is:

15 mins to Fenchurch Street (via C2C service)
25 mins to Liverpool Street (underground)
30 mins to Bank (underground)
30 mins to Canary Wharf (underground)
