I would like to present one available room in our 4 bed room flat.

Its very nice and cosy room 13 X 8 ft size with double bed, desk, mirror, drawer and wardrobe on the first floor with big windows with view on garden.

ABOUT HOUSE
Its 2 level flat with 4 bed room, big new kitchen with new washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine etc., big toilet in very well condition, I live in big room where there is entrance to garden where you can do BBQ together with us or put your landury (more information in section about us). There are 2 storage in house, one under stairs and one upstairs where you can keep your stuff like baggage, etc.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
Island Gardens is beautiful area, we are 1 min by walk to Mudchute Park with amazing animals so when you are going to ASDA you can many nice animals like Llamas . Area is very quiet and frendly. There is Greenwich foot tunel where you can pass under river.

ABOUT US
We are 3 young professionals 3 boys from Poland, Hungary and Hong Kong who like spent time together on shopping, cooking, in parks or cinema in a garden but we also respect each other. Its very important for us to make good atmosphere in house so we are looking for tolerant and frendly mate who like clean enviorment . LGBT friendly

COSTS
Room is 584 excluding bills. BIlls we divided by 4 rooms so its like:
91£ council tax, 20£ internet and other 80-110 £(depends of using and season)

Bills per person: 40-60£ in total

Landlady cares about property, if there is something broken she send people to fix it . There is no problem if you want to remove or add some furniture.

Contract is for 2 month or one 1 yearand 2 months but if you want to leave property ealrier you just need to find person who cover your room. We are looking for person to replace in that room.

FROM WHEN?
Room is available from 4 July due to one of flatmate did not get visa to stay in UK. There is a little paper work with our landlady that she want to make sure that you are fine and your deposite is safe.
