The property itself is a very large high quality decorated and furnished two bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment, but I as a landlady want to keep the en-suite bedrooms for myself. I live abroad permanently and come to London once or twice a year for a week or so. I may want to stay in the en-suite bedroom during my trips to London, but not necessarily. I do want to keep my belongings in the second bedroom though, which will remain locked for the duration of the tenancy.
The flat is well decorated throughout with designer furniture and original art works.
Water is included in the service charge, which I will pay myself along with the ground rent.
The tenant will pay for electricity, gas, internet, council tax.
The property has a concierge and a secure entry system.
It is located on the 6th floor of the purpose built block with a lift.
