Hi there,

I am looking for a new flatmate as my current flatmate has decided to relocate to Devon. I’m from London and work in sustainability for a coffee company. So I can make amazing coffee and recommend the best local coffee & brunch spots!

I am looking for one person ( no couples - sorry) who is ideally in their 30s and would appreciate a homey, chilled environment and likes pets. Unfortunately there isn’t room for any additional pets :(

The room is a good size and has real wooden flooring and NYC style brick work. It also has its own patio doors that lead outside to some pretty plants.

The flat is a ground floor flat with an open-planned living room with the usual mod-cons ( washing machine, dishwasher). I have a smart tv with Netflix etc & high speed internet. There's also a hallway (with a full-length mirror) and a bathroom with a great shower & bath.

The community in Burrells Wharf is very friendly and there is a community garden that people are able to use to relax in and host BBQs etc. It's a very peaceful area, next to the River, which has cycle/walking paths towards Greenwich (12 mins walk) and up to Canary Wharf. Burrells Wharf also has a swimming pool, gym & sauna.

In terms of parking, you can rent a car parking space from other residents. There's also a secure bike lock-up and a 24-hour Estate Office.
