Attractive points of this house share:
- I travel A LOT, so a lot of time you will have a flat for yourself.
- The living room and dining room is shared. The bathroom is shared only with 1 person.
- Everything in this apartment and the bedroom is brand new
- Double bed and mattress, fitted wardrobe, desk and chair in the bedroom is brand new and has not been used
- The location is fantastic - 5 min walk from Island Gardens, 7 minutes walk from Mudchute station, the canary wharf is 7 minutes by DLR, 5 minutes walk to the river, Greenwich is 5-7 minutes walk via foot tunnel, the Millwall park and Mudchute farm is 2 minutes walk and Asda Superstore is nearby.
- The area is the quietest I have ever lived in London and has a village feel.

A bit more about the bedroom:
There is fitted wardrobe as well bed drawyers for extra storage. If that is not enough more storage can be provided in the storage room.

The living room and kitchen is shared. The broadband, water and council tax bills are included. The electric and gas bills are shared, but as the boiler is new + new prepayment meters installed, these bills will be inexpensive.

The apartment is very nice and modern and it will feel like home and not a rented accommodation.

I am easy-going, respectful, tidy female in my 30s. I work in digital marketing for the Tech company. As I said I travel A LOT for work and leisure.
