Very friendly and inclusive household with 3 flatmates who are all studying dance at Laban (Deptford). You would be sharing with Izzy, who loves baking, Phoebe, who enjoys reading and Erini who is from Cyprus.

We are looking for someone who is preferably a student, who is happy to share our space and get to know us. We are a friendly group and sometimes spend time together on evening and weekends when we aren’t studying, or equally have our own space.

The room is located at the back of the property, the room is quiet, an generous size and comes with an excellent high-spec modern en-suite shower room. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, mirror and a bedside table.

You will have access to the amazing high-spec modern shared kitchen/living room space with all standard kitchen appliances, dining table and a sofa.

The house is a 5 minute walk from Island Gardens DLR station and there are plenty of local bus connections. Mudchute park is right around the corner and you can walk to Greenwich (via the foot tunnel) in 15 minutes. It's really great place to live.

The nearest large supermarket is an ASDA superstore (approx. 10 mins) and there are also smaller convenient shops nearby, including a post office.

Cost of rent/bills/deposit:

Rent is £749.17 pcm + bills (estimated 50-65 per month).

The Deposit is £812.50.

The Tenancy Agreement will need to be amended to replace the current tenant, costs of this will be paid by the current tenant.

Move in date:

Ideally, a new person could move in as soon as possible.
