There are two bathrooms downstairs, as well as a guest bedroom, a TV room/lounge, a utility room and a large kitchen/diner.

The kitchen is equipped with two ovens, a microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, two fridges, two freezers, dishwasher, gas hob with extractor fan and plenty of storage space.

The house is close to Mudchute and Island Gardens DLR stations and short walk through the foot tunnel to Greenwich.
