Huge room w/ private bathroom on Upper Street

I am looking for a friendly flatmate to share my large 2 bed/2 bath flat right on Upper Street in the heart of Islington/Angel. My contract renews end of September, so would prefer someone able to take over a year contract.

About me: I'm a 30 year old female professional originally from the US, working in operations at a tech company. I am laid back and tidy, looking for an easygoing flatmate who would be up to share a meal or unwind and have a chat from time to time.

About the flat: I've been here 3 years and this flat is truly a gem. It's huge, bright, and in an awesome part of Islington, about 3-4 minutes walk from Highbury and Islington and 15 minutes to Angel. There is a grocery store basically downstairs, as well as loads of restaurants, shops, and bars a stones throw away. It is right on Upper Street, but the available room is not facing the street so it is extremely quiet.

The room is very large with a double bed, drawers, desk, wardrobe, and nightstand. Plenty of space for WFH. The room has its own bathroom (not en-suite but right next door) with shower, tub, and toilet.

There is a living room and dining room area, as well as kitchen with a dishwasher and washer/dryer!

Bills not included - about 100/month.
