The flat is a stroll into the City or a bus ride from outside the door on mulitple routes! Just under half a mile to Haggerston overground, Essex Road (Great Northern Line) and infamous Old Street Station, with Regents canal on your doorstep.

There are plenty of local bars, coffee shops and restaurants. You will be 15’ walking distance from the Victoria Park and 20’ from the clissold park. Just across the road is the rosemary gardens park.

The flat also has the benefit of a free on site gym, 24hr concierge sauna and steam room.
