Gorgeous apartment in the city

Hi there,
If you are familiar with the saga of London apartments, this is almost a dream apartment.
We have a beautiful apartment with a huge terrace which has lovely city skyline views and all the sunshine (okay, when the Sun is out!). It is very conveniently located with Holloway road tube station almost next door and Highbury & Islington about a 10 min walk. We have a gym in the building complex which saves us a gym fee.
The available room has a double storage bed, wardrobe and a study table. It also has fancy dimmable lights and a big window overlooking a landscaped courtyard.
The apartment has a spacious living room, a very well equipped kitchen and a big bathroom which you will be sharing with only one other person.
We are two people (one male and one female) both full time professionals working Mon-Fri in the city. This is our home and we would like someone who wants a social, friendly place to call their home, sharing a meal or a drink every now and then.
