Looking to find a flatmate to share a beautiful flat in Islington.

Summary:
Ensuite double room available in a 2 bedroom modern apartment, 6th floor, with floor to ceiling windows facing south over the city and in a fantastic location. Sharing with an easy going professional guy.

The Apartment:
The apartment is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, modern apartment. It's 6th floor so it's got amazing views over London, the light in the place is fantastic due to the height and windows at multiple sides. Modern kitchen, shared living room, no noise from neighbours as the apartment is not next to any others.

The room:
It's an ensuite room, big wardrobes with with mirror doors,. There's one big floor to ceiling window facing south over London. The ensuite has a shower. It really is a nice room.

About me:
I'm a 44 year old Irish guy, living in London with 2 years. I've lived in this apartment with 6 months. My housemate decided to move back home abroad so I need a
replacement for him.
I work professionally in Technology, normal office hours.

My interests are cycling, reading, exploring London, chilling in parks. I’m fairly independent, like doing things by myself, but would also be friendly and chatty while always respect other people’s privacy.

I'm considerate of other people, tidy and clean but not with OCD on it, easy-going, chilled, laid-back.

The area:
I love the area, everything you need is within 10 min walk. All the big shops, great cafes and restaurants, great bars, the best cinema in London, Regents Canal, Angel.... I could go on and on.
