Double en-suite room in bright modern house

Room available to move in end of November beginning of December.

We are two young (gay) professionals looking for a new flatmate. One is a men’s fashion designer and from the US the other is from the UK and is a set designer . We are both social and enjoy going on a night out or just hanging at home in front of the TV after work.

Your room is located on downstairs level, has one large window, which gets tons of natural light during the day. The space also has a small private outdoor space with a swing. The room comes partially furnished with a bed frame there is also a couch which can be moved in as well.

Each room in the flat has its own private bathroom yours is en-suite and has a private shower. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. There is also washer, dryer and dishwasher in the kitchen.

we also have a bi-weekly cleaner come to do the whole house.

The house is located steps from Kingsland road (just a quick walk to Dalston Superstore), and even closer to Newington Green where there are great cafes and restaurants. There are at least 3 grocery stores within walking distance as well as an organic market.

Public transport, we are located near several convenient bus stops, including the 38 and in between both Kingsland road and Canonbury stations on the overground. The nearest underground would be Highbury and Islington, which is about a 20-minute walk.
