Large double room w/ en suite in beautiful 4-bed house in De Beavoir/Islington/Dalston Junction area (Dalston Junction 5 mins, Highbury & Islington 10 mins, City of London 15 mins). 3 great young professional housemates.

** Available until 1st December with other rooms in the house potentially available until Nov 2020. Vacant NOW as I have had to relocate to New York temporarily for work. **

THE ROOM:
Stunning, huge double with a modern en-suite and high ceilings. Significant storage with two large floor to ceiling closets (two levels of racks, large drawers and spacious shelves), plus one large and one small chest of drawers,, and a desk with further large drawers. Double bed also has a bed bench for further storage, and the cosy rug underneath finishes off the homely feel of the room. En-suite has rustic bronze taps and shower (spacious walk-in, frameless), sink with 4 drawer storage beneath as well as a large cabinet on the sidewall.

THE HOUSE: Immaculately presented with:

Kitchen: Superb large kitchen spanning whole basement, with washer/dryer, TV (Sky, Netflix etc.), dishwasher, huge double fridge/freezer, Aga, lots of storage and a great cushioned sofa area by the window. Centrepiece is an awesome long kitchen table for socialising - typically where we spend the majority of our time when in the house, whether it’s cooking and watching TV or having friends over for drinks/food.

Living room: Large double living room with sofa/armchair area at one end, with large TV and PS4 (again, Netflix, Sky etc.), and a feature fireplace. The perfect cove in which to unwind and watch a movie etc.
The other end of the living room has a sofa/bed conversion by the large window overlooking the garden.

Garden: A rare, sizeable garden which is perfect for hosting, including a large extendable wooden table for c8 people. Large gas BBQ also included. Garden is artificial turf meaning no maintenance required!

THE AREA:
Four of our favourite pubs in London are a stones-throw away (one serves a city-renowned beef wellington!) and there's a huge amount on offer in close proximity. Kingsland Road/Angel are within 10 mins with a plethora of bars/restaurants, and Clissold Park/London Fields are both within 15 mins walk, as is Regents Canal. Bus stops to take you to Highbury & Islington (10 mins) / City of London (15-20 mins) / Stoke Newington (5 mins) / London Fields (5-10 mins) are all within 50m of the front door, while Dalston Junction overground is 7 mins walk to quickly get you south (e. g. Clapham) or to Highbury & Islington (Oxford Circus 25 minutes from front door).

HOUSEMATES: Hard-working but fun-loving young professionals (27/28yo) with roles in finance / media. We love meeting people and generally socialising and being out and about in the area, playing tennis or swimming / cycling etc. I'm only moving out due to a 1yr relocation to New York with work. If you like the house there is also the prospect of staying beyond Dec 1st into 2020 in another large double that will become vacant in the house.
