Hi,

My name is Lisa and I'm an American expat living in London and looking for a flatmate. I work in public accounting and have been working from home but will be the first to volunteer to go back into the office once it opens back up.

During the week I usually try to workout and eat in, but can be pretty easily convinced to go out to eat or for some drinks. On the weekends I enjoy going out for drinks with friends, going to gigs and traveling to other countries. However, I also enjoy a night in watching true crime documentaries with a glass of wine.

I live in a walk-up in Islington, only a 5-10 minute walk to Angel station. There is also a bus stop at the end of the street, so only a 1 minute walk from the front door. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat with a garden area. I am happy to take either bedroom - one has a double bed and the other has a single bed which pulls out into a double and has doors that open up into the garden area. Both bedrooms are furnished and include a bed with storage, a wardrobe, nightstand and laundry hamper.

The room is available now. From the date of your move-in you would need to agree to at least a six month lease with a two month notice period. However, if you're able to agree to the full term (through 31 July 2021) then that would be preferred.

Small dogs may be allowed but no cats, unfortunately, as I am allergic.
