Looking for mature sociable quiet clean flatmates to share our place with. We are a mixed flat in our 30s -40s

The ideal flatmates would enjoy living in a sociable clean flat where everyone respects each other’s privacy. Not suitable for those looking for a party house

We do things together like dinner at home and out. Salsa nights out, theater. We also have our own lives and like our privacy and combine this with relaxing time in our room that we all respect.

The area:

The flat is conveniently located 3 minute walk from Highbury and Islington Station including Victoria line, National Rail and the Overground,. Holloway Road / Piccadilly Line is within 5 minutes walk.

We have several big supermarkets including a big Tesco and Waitrose by Highbury station and other local ones and Morrison in the Holloway Road side.

We also have an off License and a 24 hours Supermarket downstairs with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables!
The area is full of Restaurants and Pubs and the lively Upper Street is within 5 mins walk.

We are next to a Park . The flat is actually Park view. Also Highbury Fields within a few minutes walk.

Overground, Victoria line, Piccadilly line, railway, Morgate train within a few minutes walk

The Room:

A nice double room with very big arched window with a little decorative balcony that makes the room so bright. high ceilings , exposed brick wall, a decorative chimney , park views, double windows, central heating and wooden floors . It is fully furnished with a double mirror wardrobe, a bed that can be used as single or double , and a chess of drawers
The flat:

The building is Edwardian with plenty of old original features. The high ceilings and being opposite to a park makes the flat very bright. It has wooden floors and the living has exposed brick walls.


It has a very spacious laid out that gives plenty of privacy.

We have all the amenities we might need in the kitchen and a cabinet to put our stuff each.


It is very safe flat having the entrace directly in the main road next to the 24 hours supermarket

It is very bright being by the park and spacious road.
