Cally Castle

Never fear! We're not actual royalty. No, we just enjoy jokingly referring to our home as a castle, with its turrets, spiral staircases and terraces. Come the end of January, we will be looking for one new addition to join the house. Please check out our photos and video tour (to come) and let us know if you are interested.

Large room - £640 per month. Includes a private balcony overlooking the city. Available from 1st of November.
Bills - approx. £80 per person per month

The house:

The house is recently refurbished to a high standard so we very rarely have issues. The only thing that's broken in the last two years is the doorbell! The house comes with a large roof terrace with flowers that is perfect for summer BBQs, having friends over in a socially distant way or even working in the summer sun. There is a large open plan lounge and kitchen with a big family table which we like to have dinner together around. Rooms have double glazing and each comes with a bed and a built-in wardrobe. We also have a piano in the livingroom, which you'd be free to play!

The area:

The house is ideally located for easy access to the city with Kings Cross just 10 mins down the road and Angel a short walk away. We are also next to Caledonian Road overground station. There is a Co-op grocery store within sight of the house. In normal times, there is a wide variety of pubs, restaurants and shops within easy reach as we are located on the high street and a ten minute walk from nearby Upper street. There are lots of parks in the area for green space and the canal is a short distance away which is great for access to Camden Town and beyond.

The housemates:

You'll be joining Sarah, Damien and Jani. Like most people, we enjoy socialising with the other flatmates but also at times like to do our own thing. With four people in the house most of the time, we make an effort to respect each other and pitch in to help with the cleaning on a weekly basis, and overall we're pretty chilled to live with.

Sarah is the Duchess of the Unseen Ailments, Scavenger of Forgotten Knowledge and Walker of Eternal Gardens.

Damien, The Stalward Champion of the Forlorn, Vanguard for the Weak and Conqueror of Planes.

Jani is an absolute madlad of an unit from Finland.

(We are of age 29-35. Sarah and Damien are both Doctors and Jani is a Game Designer. Sarah plays piano, Jani practices Saxophone and Damien loves his breakfasts. As a household, we also like to spend time together, be that watching something in the evening, going for few drinks or generally just hanging out in the living room.)
