Looking for a professional to take this lovely double bedroom in a 3-bed flatshare from mid November (flexible with move in date).
Our flat has 3 bedrooms but no living room. The flat block is in a lovely gated courtyard with trees and secure bike sheds.
The room is really large and comprises a sofa, bed and wardrobe. It also has a small private balcony.
It is 2 mins walk from Upper Street, 5 mins walk from Highbury and Islington Station, 15 mins walk from Angel and near to Highbury Fields Park.
It is top (fourth) floor which means it is quiet and sunny. There is a lift and intercom to buzz people in.
You will be sharing the space with two lovely female housemates in their mid twenties and thirties. They are relaxed, clean/tidy and get a drink together from time to time.
The flat is managed by an agency, who've been responsive and helpful over the years. You'd be taking on the current lease running to March 2021 and can be extended then. There is also a £50 change of tenancy fee to add your name to the contract.
