Opposite Essex Road train station into Moorgate and Finsbury Park.

Nice double bedroom plus your own large bathroom with shower and bath directly opposite (bedroom 3 on floor plan). Large wardrobe. Fully furnished.

Large spacious flat- separate kitchen (with dishwasher and washing machine), living room, dining room. Large sun trap of a terrace- great for the summer! We keep our home tidy and clean.

We are friendly, chilled and sociable, respectful and considerate and looking for someone similar who’s also fun and wants a place to call home!
The landlord is super helpful with any minor issues in the flat.

Rent is £800 per month, plus all bills including council tax come to about £125 per month.
