The house is based in the residential area of Kentish Town which is a very nice, quiet and safe area in London. The road is very residential, yet with amazing transportation links (Zone 2) including:
- underground (Kentish Town, Caledonian Road)
- over-ground (Kentish Town)
- buses (17, 29, 43, 263, 271, 390)
They offer quick access to Camden, Kings Cross St Pancras, Holborn, Moorgate and London Bridge. There are also many great parks in the area such as Hampstead Heath.

FLAT INFORMATION
The flat has been fully refurbished (in 2020-21), and it’s made of two bedrooms, one bathroom and an open plan living space. All furniture and appliances are brand new!

- Bed is a convertible single/double bed, allowing for additional space to be created, for example for a desk
- The bed has under bed drawers, and a sliding closet is available in the room

FLAT MATE INFORMATION
I’m Kate, a young professional working in Farringdon.
Whilst the flat is equipped to work from home (fast wifi and a massive dining table that can be used as a desk), I work from the office 4-5 days per week, thus if you prefer to work from home you will have the living room to yourself (or you can add a desk in the bedroom). I am a semi-competitive athlete, thus I spend a lot of time at the gym, both after work and on the weekend.
Despite spending a lot of time at work and the gym, I enjoy having friends over for dinners / BBQs and spending time in the garden when the weather allows it. I spend most of my Sundays in the kitchen cooking as I absolutely love food!

Whilst I do not have any pets myself, I love cats!
