Hi!

I'm offering my room in Islington, we are just a few steps away from the Caledonian Road Tube Station.
The flat is occupied with two students, both study creative subjects, are extreamly welcoming and really good company. They are always down for a movie night or grabbing a drink.

The room comes fully furnished, there is a large bed, a closet with hangers and drawers and a desk to work on. The kitchen is super spacious and since we don't have a seperate livinvg room its the center of our household.

The flat is not the newest but we are all responsible cleaners so its clean and we'd love someone who also is tidy.

The rent is 667/month, bills not included. The bills are usually around 40/month so it's still a super cheap room regarding our location.

My uni is sadly not ready to go back to in person teaching so I'm moving back home. I'm planning on moving by the end of September/ mid-October, so your move-in date would be very soon.
