Our current Flatmate Claire is sadly leaving to start a new adventure outside of London. The room Itself over looks the garden, with great light throughout the day. Will be sharing the bathroom with myself (Sian), with great storage & the all needed water pressure. The room does come unfinished, however with Claire leaving she is happy to sell a number of items, these can be chatted about later if interested in the room.
Flat has an open plan living room and kitchen with large garden too. Shared with two professional girls, 29 and 30 years old, really friendly and easy going and looking for someone the same! Both Janelle & myself moved in around the same time earlier this summer, Janelle works as a User Experience Design and Myself an interior designer. Both work from home & the office currently.
We all get on really well so are looking for someone quite social who likes a few drinks together - especially in the garden!
Less than 5 minute walk to Newington Green which has lots of shops, restaurants, pubs at both ends of the road! 10 minutes to Stoke Newington, Canonbury and 5 minutes to Dalston so well connected by overground tubes and buses. Nearest underground is Highbury & Islington which is 15 minutes walk max.
