Hey, I'm looking for someone to move into the second bedroom of a 2-bedroom, 2-floor maisonette near Coal Drops Yard. It's got a big living space/kitchen with access to a patio on the first floor and bedrooms/shared-bathroom on the second floor.
It gets lots of light from both sides, has good storage and comes fitted with washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, fridge and partly furnished (I've brought in the other things, and am happy to share).
The room would be £1080pcm not including utilities (50-110/pcm total), and available for move-in ASAP.
I would be your only other flatmate, I'm 25 and just moved down from Edinburgh recently to start a research program at UCL. I keep things pretty tidy, don't cook too often, and am down to be social/recharge in good balance.
