Mon-Fri Double room in Islington maisonette

I’m looking for a friendly housemate to live with in a gorgeous 2 bed maisonette in Islington in the week, mon-fri or sun-Thurs.
It’s a beautiful grade 2 listed street seconds from Upper Street, and the flat is really special.
Wooden floors in the kitchen and living room, original listed windows and shutters with sole use of a beautiful garden.
The 2 bedrooms and one bathroom are downstairs and there is lots of light. The living room and kitchen are separate and there’s room in the bedroom for a desk so if both of us are working from home there is enough space and peace.
The double room available has 2 built in wardrobes, a bed frame with mattress.
There is a Sonos system, dishwasher, washer and dryer.
I’m looking for someone who is respectful of our space and wants a quiet and chilled home.
I work mostly from home and am out and about most evenings and at weekends. I’m tee total and would prefer to live with someone who isn’t a big drinker
