Double room in 2 bed flat - amazing location!

My current flatmate is moving out and I am looking to fill her room.

This is a double room which is very light and spacious. Although there is currently no desk in there, with some reshuffling of the furniture, there would most likely be space for this which is useful if you are working from home. This room also has space for yoga

That being said, the flat has a large living space with a table that we work at when we are not in the office. Again, it is very light, the windows in the flat are huge.

There is one shared bathroom (shower only).

The flat is split over two floors which makes it really feel like a home.

The location is amazing, we are a 5 minute walk from HIghbury and Islington station (Victoria line and Overground). Upper Street is 5-7 minutes away and then East London is all within further walking distance or a short bus or overground trip.

You would be sharing with me. I am a 25 year old professional female working in Marble Arch. I am usually in the office as I don't tend to work from home.

It is really important to me that my new housemate also wants the flat to be a little sanctuary and is willing to put in the effort to help keep it clean and tidy.

I love walking (I often walk my parent's dog on Hampstead Heath), animals, nature and yoga. I studied English Literature at uni and love to read and write. I am also very creative and enjoy doing arts and crafts days with friends.

I want to explore the area more than I have done in the year that I've lived here (the first few months we were in lock down) and would love a flat mate to join me in that!

Deposit required - £951.52
Bills come to approx £130 a month
There would be a one off payment at the start of the year to renew TV licence (I love TV and we have a big one in the flat).
