The Piccadilly Line is 5 minutes away and from there you can get to Kings Cross, British Library. Holborn, Covent Garden, Leicester Square in minutes.

The overland, 5 minutes away, will get you to either Camden or Highbury Corner in 2 minutes and Hampstead Heath in 10.

The room size is 3.6m X 3.15m and the room is south facing.

Furnished with bed, desk and lots of storage space: large built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Shared bathroom, with bath and shower, and separate space for your toiletries.

Kitchen is shared and 'eat in' (not galley) and has a washing machine.

View from the room's window is green and beautiful.

We can discuss times and schedules, so we both get the time and space we need.

Heating is electric and there is cavity wall insulation and double glazing so the flat doesn't get that cold at all.

I'm a semi-retired communications professional, now volunteering. I'm also an occasional dog walker (I absolutely love dogs!).

I'm quiet and at home most days (my party days are long gone!) so I'm looking for a lodger who likes the quieter life too.

I lived in this area for over 20 years and I love it. Not only is it super-central, there are some great food shops round the corner. I also love the Arsenal football club!

I love the land and nature. I'm vegetarian and I enjoy making the occasional tasty healthy dish.

I don't smoke. I'm vaccinated against Covid.

I have access to a community garden and a small plot. Neighbours regularly meet for some communal tasks. You are welcome to use my plot if you like!

All bills, including kitchen rolls, and household cleaning products, included in rent.
