Double room near Finsbury Park

Hello! I’m moving out of my flat in Highbury and am looking for someone to fill the room.

It’s a really nice, friendly flat in a great location, just a short walk from Arsenal and Finsbury Park stations.

DETAILS:
Rent: £841pcm including electricity, gas, and water
Bills: council tax and wifi are paid separately and come to ~£45-50 altogether each month
Deposit: £600
Move-in date: December 1st (or sometime that week).
The lease will be til September 2025.

THE FLAT:
Located on the first floor, the flat has one bathroom and a separate toilet, a large living room with a dining table, and a balcony. The kitchen is well stocked already but there’s space to bring your own pots and plates if you want to. There’s also a communal garden which is great for when the weather’s nice!

The room is fully furnished with a bed (and mattress), wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a storage ottoman. I’m also planning on leaving my full length mirror and desk chair for the next tenant as I won’t be needing them anymore.

LOCATION:
The building is on a residential street not far from Blackstock Road, which has loads of really lovely restaurants, pubs, and cafes.

For transport, Arsenal station is an 8 minute walk away and Finsbury Park is 12 minutes.

FLATMATES:
You’ll be living with three professional women all in their mid/late 20s.

We all get on really well and love to hang out, as well as enjoy our own space! We like to chill and watch movies together or go on the odd trip to the pub, but if you fancy a night to yourself there’s never any issue. The girls are keen on someone who’s relaxed and friendly, and is happy to contribute to keeping the flat tidy.

Our landlord is also really responsive and quick to help out with whatever concerns we have.

Since the move in date is quite soon, we’re hoping to sort some viewings within the next week or so. I’m happy to do video call viewings too if needed — either way I’ll show you the space and give you a chance to chat to the other flatmates.
