Room with Kitchen in Islington

Hi, I am moving out and I would like to find a tenant for my landlord to take over my room/ studio from the 1st of May. The room has double bed and the kitchen. I purchased a brand new mattress 2 months ago, so would like for the next tenant to take over the cost of 200 pounds as well as the radiator which is necessary in winter for 75 pounds and a microwave for 50. The room is on the third floor, no elevator. The bathroom is shared with another tenant (female) who lives on the same floor. First and second floor is occupied by the family that owns the house. There is no washing machine. It is located in the nice and quiet neighborhood, the closest station is Essex Road. The landlord prefers a female to rent the room.
