We're looking to fill the fifth room in our lovely terraced home in Islington.

There are currently 4 housemates - a mix of genders which we would love to keep. There's a variety of jobs between us; legal and medical charities and TV production, and whilst we have lots of our own things going on we enjoy spending time together too - there's always someone cooking in the kitchen or just relaxing in the living room, watching Escape To The Chateau. We're definitely not a party house but obviously occasionally we all come home a little later and a little noisier than usual or anticipated and maybe with the odd friend and that's fine - the house is big enough for it not to be a problem.

The house is in a really good location with loads of shops and cafes nearby, 5 minutes walk from Higbury Fields and Holloway Road tube and 10 - 15 minutes walk from Highbury and Islington tube. It's also on a really quiet road because there is only vehicle access from one end of it. The house is a bit wonky and there is a cat that likes to sleep in the window box and we kind of like it that way. There's a great little garden too for sitting in and barbecues in the summer.

The room is on the first floor and unfurnished but there's a built in wardrobe and the housemate who's leaving can leave a chest of drawers and a bookcase if wanted.
