You will have freedom in the flat to chill in the living room anytime so you’re basically getting the whole flat minus 2 rooms for the price.

I am offering a lovely double bedroom in a gorgeous, spacious flat in Islington, which is located very much in the middle between Angel and Highbury & Islington tube stations.

A very accessible area in the heart of London. Very easy to get in and out.

I used to be a professional in the field of engineering. Left it behind to try new things but I do still help out a family ran company from time to time. Now I own a pet company which like any baby just needs funding and also needs better planning for the direction in which I plan to take it.

Also, at the moment just falling behind on mortgage payments so decided to rent a room out for a short period of time with the possibility to extend always at hand.

I also just recently got a new pup after 7 months of mourning for the one who sadly passed away earlier this year in January.

His name is Mellow and he is 6 months old, lil fella is currently under going house training lol.

I say I consider taking in other pets but bare in mind the price on offer for the room is for a person without a pet and obviously can’t be the same for someone that wants to come with one.

That’s why I say I will consider it but now I have a new pet we would have to discuss it further.

I am an avid lover love music, art, fashion, discovery, movies, games and sports ie love football but not a hooligan ok! (Arsenal fan) Probably just your typical guy haha
I smoke n I drink but (not always wine)

Im love fashion n have an insta just for it, but tbh I been slacking so hard because of other things. Really need to start posting more! Too long a story to get into on my room ad though lol!

I don't throw parties at home so don't worry you will be able to get a good nights sleep lolz

Every now n then I may just have a lil drink and put some music on thought of course as It’s healthy for the Soul.

I noticed that a lot of people on sparerooms try too hard to sound perfect. Be yourself from the start please.

Im a peaceful and calm person so I hate and avoid drama at all cost! I Love a chilled n peaceful vibe, almost buddhist/hippy like.

I like people that respect money and love people.

I'm a person that's easy to get along with. Though of course, I don't just "yes" my way through life, I like almost everything or at least I always seem to find something interesting about whatever.

3 bedrooms upstairs with a downstairs, cleaning every week.

I'm human, so place gets a lil messy, just not "dirty", I hoover n wipe around almost everyday.

All in all I think it’s homely n very comfy with loads n loads of potential.
You can maybe help me make this place that much better with a lil of your own personal touch.

Its all about sharing, (except personal stuff of course) meaning no need for labeling stuff n all that madness. . If you finish something just replace it. Simple.

There is a shared living room area where we can watch tv and socialise.

The kitchen is lovely and spacious with a lot of light so definitely a nice place to do some cooking in.

I do 2 kinds of agreements.

I prefer to do up to 3 months with the possibility to extend if everything is going smoothly and because I don’t do deposits;

I will require 3 months upfront and
I am willing to negotiate this.

”NO DEPOSITS” unless someone wants just a month.

For anyone that just wants a month I will require a reference and 1 and a half months rents upfront. Half a months DEPOSIT which I will return after the room is inspected.

I am willing to negotiate the price so everyone is happy. We have to be realistic though.

I only accept payments made directly from the person renting the room meaning l do not accept payments made by parents or other sources to avoid complications. Thank you 😊
