Hello potential flatmate,

We, Sarah and Luke, seek a new flatmate to fill a nice en-suite double bedroom available on 19th March.

About the Flat:

The flat is in a traditional building, but with new interiors and all mod cons including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, internet. There is also a really big garden, great for bbqs during the summer!

The room is a very decent size with an en-suite shower/ bathroom. It comes furnished with bed, two wardrobes and side table.

The flat is really well connected, 5 mins walk from Highbury & Islington tube station, 5 mins walk from Tesco/Waitrose and 1 min from Sainsbury's. It is also in easy walking distance from Upper street with all its bars and restaurants and near some great spots in Highbury too. Opposite the flat there is a bus stop which has direct routes into the city as well as East London.

Please note bills are not included and usually comes to around £100 - £160 a month for electricity, gas, council tax, Netflix, Now TV, broadband and a cleaner.

About Us:

You will be sharing with two friendly, easy-going people: Luke - a Brit who works in TV production, and Sarah - a Kiwi who works as a lawyer. We like to keep the place clean and tidy. We're looking for a similar, fun & chilled flatmate who is happy to hang out but also likes to do their own thing.
