Hello,
Want to live close to great transport links (5 minutes to Highbury & Islington, 7 minutes to Holloway Road), a buzzing area for restaurants/bars/pubs (20 minutes to Angel), or an abundance of green space (Highbury Fields)?
We have a large double bedroom available, starting this weekend (4th Feb) in a superbly located flat share.
Generous in size for London, the property is a 2 bedroom flat located on Holloway Road above a shop. You will be sharing the flat with our current flatmate. She is a friendly Canadian, who is a working professional and usually travelling for work 60% of the time, so you'll generally have the place to yourself.
Our landlord is probably the best that I've ever had. He's also the barber downstairs, so any issues he will address them immediately (he also receives packages on your behalf if you're not around, bonus!).
Gas and electricity are pay as you go, averaging out to approx £30per month.
After 3 years, I'm sad to leave, but alas, it's time to take the plunge on the property ladder.
Currently arranging viewings for Sunday, 4 Feb (before 12pm) and on Wednesday 7, Feb (6.30-8.30pm).
