Homely shared four-bedroom Victorian terraced house with loads of character, in a quiet street, with a lovely back garden ideal for BBQs. Excellent relationship with landlords and friendly neighbours. House has wireless internet and central heating. Top floor is carpeted throughout.

The room is located on the 3rd floor of the house. It is part furnished with a double bed, drawers, a sofa chair and a wardrobe.

The house has a very large 1 bathroom (on the second floor to be shared between 3 people), a living room with a flat screen TV, a dining room, and a kitchen (stove, microwave, kettle, fridges, washing machine etc)
You will be sharing with 4 very friendly and outgoing flatmates (English, Italian, Singaporean and American) in their late-twenties who enjoy cooking, exercising, socialising (pubs, bars), Netflix-ing, summertime BBQs and just generally hanging out.

We are looking for a like-minded professional (or PhD student with stipend) who are going to make a great addition to our amazing house! We really love living here and have built a great environment and want someone who will make this their home and will want to take care of our house as much as we do.

Minimum stay is 3 month with a possible contract exertions with no maximum stay. Ideally, we would be looking for someone able to commit longer than the minimum stay. No gender preference, no smokers (in the house), no pets.

The room is £756 per calendar month inclusive of all bills. We have a cleaner every 2 weeks.
