I'm renting out the second bedroom in my newly decorated flat, including bills and cleaning.

IMPORTANT INFO: This is a Monday-Friday let, intended for out-of-town workers/business travellers. In your message, please indicate that you have acknowledged this (so many people ignore this! :)

LOCATION
Right on Kennington Cross, a lovely village with many fine cafes, pubs and restaurants.
7 mins walk from Kennington tube, 14 mins from Vauxhall tube/rail and 15 minutes from Lambeth North tube. Buses 59 & 159 stop right outside and there is a Santander Cycles stop within 30 seconds. Inside the new Low Emission zone.

BUILDING
It's originally an art deco Bingo hall apparently, but it's been converted into a modern complex of 70 apartments with mostly professionals living here. Neighbours are lovely. There is an underground cycle shed. It's pretty quiet too.

FLAT
A recently re-decorated, 70 sqm flat including a combined kitchen-living area with 55" TV and 5.1 surround sound. Superfast 80MB/s broadband.

THE ROOM
Double bed, wardrobe with full height mirror, chest, bedside cab, lamp and small desk. Brand new furniture and silentnight pocketspring mattress. I'll provide bedding, you provide sheets.

ABOUT ME
I'm a 37 year old professional male, work in IT, also run a small food startup. Health-conscious and pretty tidy. Centre-left, if that matters.

EXTRA INFO
The flat is yours between 8am Monday morning and 8pm Friday evening, though there is room for flexibility on this (by prior agreement). You can leave your stuff over the weekend.
Please be tidy, clean up cooking the same night, be quiet if you are up late, and don't be weird.

Price includes all bills and regular cleaning.
