Beautiful Double Room in Central London available

Hi all

I'm a young professional, working in the City. I'm currently looking for a new flatmate to share this beautiful two-bedroom flat with asap, as my flatmate of 4 years moved out. The flat is in a very convenient location. It takes me 45 min from work to home by foot.
It is a walk of 10 min to Elephant & Castle (Northern Line - via Bank) and Kennington Station (Northern Line via Charing Cross). You also have access to the Bakerloo Line, National Rail and a great Bus network.

Furthermore, there are restaurants, pubs, shops, parks and markets in its vicinity.

The flat has a beautiful sized open-plan living room and kitchen with southern facing windows, allowing natural light to flow. The kitchen area contains the usual utensils e. g.: oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine, etc. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower and basin. The toilet is in the same room.

The bedroom is spacious with a massive mirror wardrobe and chest of drawers for plenty of storage space and a comfortable double bed. The windows are east facing, allowing a sunny rise and shine. The mattress and carpet were professionally steam cleaned at the beginning of this year as well as the sofa.

The rent is £860 incl. council tax and broadband and is paid on the 1st of every month.
A deposit of 1 month will also need to be made and water is paid for by our private landlord.

Electricity - Paid for by us – every three month, amount varies. It is normally something around £100 each +- a few quid.

About me: I really get on well with my soon-to leave flatmate. We have good chats. I got her somewhat addicted to watching love island (yap, we all need a brain break ;0)), we’re having a laugh together and hang out. This is not a party flat; it’s fairly tidy and has a homely feel to it. I would prefer someone that also likes to socialize at home.
