Hi, an unusually sunny double room in a shared flat in Kennington is available for rent, it's sunny even in winter!
The window is from the east and is pointing to internal gardens belonging to the buildings around, so if you like being woken up by the rays of sun and birds singing, it's the perfect room for you. :)

I am moving out, that's why we're looking for another person to replace me. The flat is shared with two other people, a guy and a girl, both are very friendly and relaxed.

The flat has a shared living room. Also there is a bathroom with a toilet, and a separate small toilet, so you'd never have to wait in the queue.

The flat is 7 minutes walk away from the Kennington subway station (Northern line) and the same for the Vauxhall train station. That means that you can be in the city centre in just 20 minutes door-to-door!

There's a Tesco superstore 4 minutes away, a smaller open 24h supermarket also 4 minutes away, various cafes, restaurants, and pubs close to the flat.

The price doesn't include bills, which are usually less than 100 pounds a month (council tax, internet, electricity, and gas).
