Looking to replace myself as a housemate in this lovely 2 bedroom flat. New housemate would ideally be easy going, respectful but obviously would still be your home...everyone needs to feel relaxed. Just friendly and you know keep communal areas tidy.

The propterty is a

Double bedroom in a house located on leafy kennington park road just a stones throw from the local park, 2 minutes walk to the tube station running on the northern line, extremely close to buses as well. Plenty of shops including a 24hr shop just around the corner.

Lovely, extremely spacious maisonette with an all day sunny garden, 2 living areas. Always hot water, spacious kitchen. Set a bit away from the traffic noise is never an issue. So much space in this place and fully furnished.

Since photos have been taken a few upgrades have been made throughout the house and garden. The furniture has been recovered and there is also a new extra sofa inside.

Bills are shared with current flat mate along with broadband.

Im only leaving as moving away from London but a lovely place that has served me well...
