Location is absolutely fab! Super close to all kinds of transport and lots of pubs, parks, markets, cafes, etc. It's perfect for someone who's just moved to London and looking for somewhere to base themselves while looking for longer-term accomm.
Rent is £650 per month, but can be negotiated if necessary. Shorter-term stays can also be considered!
PS looking for someone who'd be willing to give my plants an occasional water, so if that's something up your alley it's a big plus!
Location: Kennington/Walworth - just outside zone 1/inside zone 2. 10 min walk to Oval and Kennington tube stations, 5 min walk to Kennington Park, 10 min walk to Walworth Road, 20 min walk to Camberwell, Vauxhall or Elephant & Castle. 10-20 min bike ride to Westminster, the City, Covent Garden.
