Double Room in Vauxhall / Kennington, no bills!

Hello!

We have a spare room available from September onward and are looking for a flatmate to join our home. We are happy to host either video or in-person viewings to suit your preference.

It is a cosy double room in a four bed maisonette, located between Kennington and Vauxhall. It boasts a view overlooking a courtyard garden and the Vauxhall skyline, giving the room both great natural light and a sense of being in the heart of central London! There is a double bed, bedside cabinet, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

We have a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, a separate fridge and freezer, not to mention lots of storage for food and utensils. There is a washing machine and large tumble dryer and two cupboards for storage in the entrance corridor. There are two toilets - a water closet downstairs and a full bathroom upstairs, complete with a separate bath and shower. Access to the building is through an electronic intercom system. We have super-fast broadband and a television license.

The roommates are three professionals, LGBTQ and welcome a flatmate of any gender or orientation! We are non-smokers but not fussed about it. Like a chat and the occasional drink but respect each others privacy.

The flat is within walking distance to the Kennington, Oval and Vauxhall tube stations giving easy access to the Victoria line, Northern line (both branches) and National Rail services. We are within walking distance to Central London.

We're on a quiet street round the corner from a Tesco Express and 24 hour off license, with a Tesco super store is less than 10 minutes walk down the road. Close to gyms, lots of choices for pubs and restaurants.

The rent per month is £695 with utilities bills (gas, electricity, water and broadband) included.
